Instagram is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help develop a robust media platform that allows Instagram product teams to build high-quality image and video experiences for our users. As a Technical Program Manager on Media Infrastructure, you will work with various Instagram product teams to assess product needs and drive evolution of the platform to allow Instagram to ship innovative products that delight our users. In this role, you will also collaborate with teams across Facebook to develop the long-term vision and roadmap for shared services and to bootstrap new programs that enhance our ability to ensure that people creating and viewing images and videos on Instagram have a great experience. Lastly, you will drive infrastructure modernization programs in the media stack, efficiently balancing new product needs with long-term investments in building scalable infrastructure. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, knowledgeable in product infrastructure in the image/video domain, passionate building scalable service, comfortable in a flat, fast moving organization, excited to innovate on existing solutions, and focused squarely on impacting the Instagram product and business.
