Partner Solutions Manager, Creator Partnerships

Meta is looking for a data-driven and strategic Partner Solutions Manager (PSM) with expertise in both Instagram & Facebook to join the Creator Partnerships team in Southern & Central Europe. Meta’s Creator Partnerships team partners with the world’s biggest and most exciting creators across Instagram and Facebook. This role will focus on working with emerging creators, providing consultations to creators, creating actionable insights and building programs that drive product adoption and partner value. The role will work closely with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, Marketing, Data Analysts, and Media Operations to help Facebook and our partners unlock business value across Meta's family of apps.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage data and insights to drive strategic decision-making by proactively synthesising findings and developing clear recommendations
  • Use data to identify new and exciting Creators for us to work with
  • Understand Creators goals, analyse Creators content & performance and propose innovative solutions and opportunities to help Creators achieve platform success
  • Gather Creator feedback & act as an internal advocate on behalf of Creators with cross-functional teams including product
  • Develop, manage and scale partnership programs that drive product adoption and Creators business value through Meta's family of apps
  • Share product expertise and educate Creators on our best practices & new products at scale to help them accelerate their growth

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, digital marketing, analysis, social media, partner or project management
  • Experience working with Creators, Public Figures or Music Artists at a talent agency, media, or tech company
  • Experience with using Facebook and/or Instagram to help partners or clients reach their goals
  • Experience turning data into strategic narratives and using data to spot opportunities
  • Fluent in English and either German or Italian

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of the talent and influencer space and the evolving players in the space
  • Proven ability to prioritize conflicting demands and projects, focusing on impact.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop creative partner or client activations
  • Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
