Scaled Growth Manager, Instagram Reels

The Scaled Growth team of Media Community Development works with hundreds of thousands of existing creators/ influencers through scalable channels and helps them achieve their growth objectives with our platform. The team designs comprehensive creator journeys and runs dozens of engagement and education campaigns through these journeys at any given time across multiple channels using the techniques of database marketing and CRM marketing. The team is data-driven in everything it does from planning, testing and measuring all of our campaigns to running dozens of tests at any point in time. We’re looking for an experienced professional to build this function in India. This role will be a senior level individual contributor and will be based in Gurgaon.


  • Work with the data team and cross functional teams to design comprehensive creator journeys
  • Strategise and execute organic growth initiatives at scale using techniques of database marketing and CRM marketing. You will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
  • the campaign will be delivered to existing Instagram creators through channels like email and in-product placements
  • Have a desire to test and learn, be well versed in A-B testing methodologies and incrementality analysis
  • Investigate and test new channels. Be flexible and optimise channels on the fly based on performance while keeping test design intact
  • Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, analytics and creative to meet ambitious growth targets

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS with a minimum of 10 years of experience. MBA preferred
  • First-hand experience with email/database/CRM marketing and getting excited about things like subject lines and calls to action. Experience with DRIP marketing & community management
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience either in growth marketing with a reputed SaaS company or in building loyalty programs for reputed Retail/Airline/Hospitality/Telco companies
  • Deep understanding of in-product placement, messaging and channel options for scaled growth campaigns
  • Strong demonstrated understanding of mainstream tools and platforms used in CRM and database marketing
  • A love for data and ability to analyse a growth funnel - you can identify and size different growth opportunities and various ways to meet them
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven campaign plans
  • Ability to synthesise complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
  • Experience working cross-functionally with analysts, product managers, operations and business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of database querying languages such as SQL/HiveQL/T-SQL
  • Comfort with inferential statistical techniques including sampling, probability distributions, correlation/covariance, significance testing (t-test, z-test, ANOVA), etc.
  • Familiarity and basic ability to play with HTML preferred
  • Digital Marketing and Digital Video experience
