Instagram is constantly innovating on video from Stories to IGTV to Reels and bringing audiences closer to the creators they love. Instagram is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager professional to manage, maintain and build strategic operations for Reels across all verticals. This role will help bring scale to our key partners in these spaces, ensuring that these relationships meet strategic objectives of both partners and Instagram. This job requires high levels of strategic thinking, as you'll be called upon to help find solutions that will enable growth of Reels in India. You'll also be required to support day-to-day operations, prioritize incoming requests, troubleshoot partner issues, and improve partner performance. While identifying and driving opportunities you will also be expected to synthesise complex tasks into an efficient process, and be able to prioritise tasks. Our team is a fast, nimble team and requires a creative visionary mindset. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with the broader Instagram teams across Media Partnerships, and globally to build and launch new features and programs to help make our partners successful. This is a full-time position and will be located in our Gurgaon/ Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze, and communicate quantitative and qualitative metrics, business trends as they relate to partners, goals with Stategic Planning & Operations.
  • Help project planning and coordination for Reels product updates
  • Support day-to-day operations, prioritize incoming requests, troubleshoot partner issues, and improve partner performance
  • Represent India in regional and global meetings to advocate for needs in the market and region

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS required, 8-10 years of experience
  • Understand and enjoy the complexities of the traditional entertainment and media industries
  • Solid track record of creating and executing scalable strategies around digital engagement and video
  • Strong data and analytical problem solving mindset, Query/ Tableau experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful action plans
  • Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple time-sensitive, high-priority projects
  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment who is able to pivot as necessary, according to goals and objectives
  • Deep passion for the Instagram community and platform
  • Experience articulating creator feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Experience working with content leaders, representatives and talent
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
  • Strategy, planning and presentation skills
