Scaled Programs Lead, Instagram Reels

It’s a critical and exciting time to join Facebook, and specifically the Partnerships team, as we work to create a service and experiences that drive meaningful interactions and are beneficial to people around the world The Media Community Development (MCD) team at Facebook and Instagram works with hundreds of creators, influencers, celebrities, musicians, actors, athletes, journalists, news organizations and production houses etc. across India who are all referred to as our partners. The team works on managing, educating and growing these partners on Facebook and Instagram. In addition, the team runs certain strategic programs from time to time to contribute to the growth of Facebook and Instagram media ecosystem. The team is looking for an experienced professional to lead our scaled programs related to Instagram Reels. This position can be located in Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore and will involve up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and execute scaled programs targeted towards Instagram Reels
  • Establish scalable channels to discover, educate and grow creators on Instagram Reels
  • Develop and maintain relationships across the short form creator agency ecosystem
  • Develop content to educate creators on Reels best practices which will help them achieve their objectives
  • Build program delivery toolkits and communication materials
  • Collaborate with a large number of cross-functional teams as you build and execute high quality programs
  • Work with agencies and outsourced vendor partners to ensure program delivery as per operational and program goals
  • Analyse program performance on well-defined metrics, conduct reviews with stakeholders and suggest improvement areas
  • Continue to identify opportunities to improve operational excellence by developing and sharing best practices, utilizing metrics, and incorporating cross-functional feedback to drive the best solutions
  • Manage relationships with program participants and ensure superior partner experience with Instagram
  • Be an internal advocate for the Reels creators to suggest changes and best practices to the product teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree and 8+ years of overall experience
  • Proficiency in English, strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop and execute complex programs at scale
  • Ability to quickly experiment, iterate and scale new initiatives
  • Experience in managing and growing partners/customers at scale
  • Ability to identify available resources, self-learn and quickly gain expertise in new areas
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of data to derive insights to achieve your objectives
  • Experience of having worked in large cross-functional, multi-national, multi-cultural environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Strong understanding of social media, especially short-form video ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital marketing & Digital video experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in program-management/consulting roles
  • MBA preferred
