Product Marketing Lead, Creators

Creators are an essential part of Instagram’s community. They inspire with their passion and connect through their stories. Our aim is to help the next generation of creators who are just getting their start turn their passion into a living by helping them grow their audience, engage their fanbase, and build a sustainable business on Instagram. We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to develop our creator ecosystem team. They will be responsible for the growth and well being of Instagram’s creator ecosystem. This leader will also drive overarching product and go-to-market strategy for many key Instagram priorities including Reels, Messaging, and Well Being. Ultimately, they'll be a key leader on a team reimagining how Instagram can best support our entire community of creators.


  • Shape Instagram's approach to building tools & services for creators through audience segmentations, market analyses, and first-person research
  • Understand and evangelize for the needs of creators on Instagram, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience
  • Manage and scale the creator PMM function for Reels, Messaging, Well Being, and Creator Programs
  • Influence the development of products, tools, and features that support Instagram’s creator ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, PR, measurement and partnerships teams to activate go-to-market plans that have an impact on creators & publishers
  • Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding our product and go-to-market strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of business strategy, product marketing, marketing or media experience
  • Experiences with formal or informal team leadership
  • Experience working with content creators and publishers
  • Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and know how to optimize it at each stage
  • Communication experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • 3+ years of people management experience
