Product Marketing Manager, Creators

Creators are an essential part of Instagram’s community. They inspire with their passion and connect through their stories. Our aim is to help creators turn their passion into a living by helping them grow their audience, engage their fanbase, and build a sustainable business on Instagram. Instagram is looking for a passionate & seasoned Product Marketing Manager to support and grow the ecosystem of creators, public figures, and publishers on Instagram, ensuring that our core products help them achieve their goals. You’ll be responsible for advising product teams on creator needs, identifying gaps in our product suite, and managing our go-to-market plans for creator-facing launches. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creators and media. They will have a strong, multi-disciplinary background in business strategy, marketing, and analytical skills. We’re looking for strong problem solvers who also have experience building organizations. Excellent analytical and communication skills are a must. This is a full-time position.   • Shape Instagram's approach to building tools & services for creators through audience segmentations, market analyses, and first-person research
  • Understand and evangelize for the needs of creators on Instagram, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience
  • Influence the development of products, tools, and features that support Instagram’s creator ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, PR, measurement and partnerships teams to activate go-to-market plans that have an impact on creators & publishers
  • Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding our product and go-to-market strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience including business strategy, product marketing, marketing or media
  • Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving KPIs
  • Communication experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience working with content creators
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
