The Meta Product Technical Program Management (TPM) community is pioneering technologies to bring people (and businesses) closer together at a global scale. Product TPMs work at the cross-section between technical execution and business strategy and are expected to partner closely with Engineering and Product teams. Being a TPM at Meta means driving impact by delivering measurable results across a wide range of areas. You'll be responsible for defining and guiding high-level goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress, and defining functional requirements for new products and features. It also means having a strong technical background, understanding system architecture, and the experience to effectively collaborate across functions and organizations to deliver impact. Instagram Relevance is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive engineering programs that deliver engaging, high quality content across our Feed and Reels products and increase discovery for our amazing community of creators. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists and product teams to build roadmaps, create frameworks and implement new technologies that empower your teams to iterate quickly. Together, we'll balance the concerns of entertainment, personalization and integrity in order to evolve how Instagram connects people with their interests and helps them discover new ones. You'll also play a key role in making our ML infrastructure more reliable and scalable as we grow. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, adept at collaborating cross-functionally, has experience with large scale systems, and familiarity working with machine learning or content ranking models. This is a constantly evolving space, and the TPM is expected to be flexible and pivot based on the problems we are trying to solve. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.
