As a Technical Program Manager for Instagram Accessibility, you will lead efforts to extend Instagram’s value to people with disabilities. You will set up and execute programs aimed at making our products more inclusive by empowering product teams to build, test and launch features that are accessible. You will work closely with product leads, QA, operations, design/research, engineering and many other cross-functional partners to help build support for the accessibility program and provide guidance and domain expertise to various teams. You will also work closely with the Instagram Design Systems as well as various frameworks engineering teams (React, Native Templates) to improve systems-level support for Accessibility and drive engineering investments to enable step-change improvements in our ability to build and scale accessible products.
