Product Marketing Manager, Instagram Creator Blockchain Experiences

We are looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our Creator Blockchain Experiences pillar. This is the pillar within Instagram that has built and launched Meta’s very first NFT (Non-fungible token) product, Digital Collectibles, announced on May 9th. Our mission is to empower creators, through blockchain technologies, to build connections with their fans that are meaningful, monetizable and recognized anywhere. As a PMM in this pillar, you'll be responsible for creating business and product strategies, building and managing our go-to-market plans, coordinating a cross-functional team in Instagram as well as with cross-functional counterparts across Meta. The ideal candidate will have a multi-disciplinary background that includes business strategy, analytical rigour and strong marketing experience - as well as being passionate and curious about the creator & Web3 ecosystems.   • Partner with product management and engineering to define the strategy and roadmap for new blockchain-enabled creator monetization experiences
  • Envision and execute go-to-market plans, collaborating across engineering, product management, partnerships, operations, partner marketing and communications to test, announce, launch, & scale products
  • Surface & synthesize qualitative & quantitative insights that shape product direction
  • Establish, refine & scale our blockchain-enabled experiences with creators & users

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of work experience in business strategy, product marketing, or marketing
  • Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services while owning and achieving KPIs
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • MBA
  • Experience with monetization or financial products
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
